Energy Efficiency Building
The Energy Efficiency Demonstrator is a unique multipurpose infrastructure which aims to demonstrate the potential of renewable energies and their practical application.
The EED is located at the back of the St. Jerome Monastery, opposite Pavilion 8 and next to the Maintenance building and Road Engineering Labs, a new expanding area adjacent to the lemon orchards.
Facilities:
Machine Room - Contains all the elements needed to control, monitor, manage, store and distribute energy.
R&D Laboratory - Space for teaching and research work.
UCAM Local Racing Team -Space dedicated to ultra low energy consumption prototypes.
